Solutions / One stack
The integrated, full-stack forwarding ERP

One shipment, typed once.
From the first lead to the paid invoice.

Most forwarders run a shipment through a rate spreadsheet, a carrier website, a quoting tool, a bill of lading program, a tracking service, an accounting package and a shared inbox. Logistics ERP puts all of it in one stack. The prospect, the rate, the quote, the order, the documents, the status report and the invoice all read the same record.

The patchwork

Seven tools for one shipment, and your team is the glue

Each tool is fine on its own. The trouble is in between: every handover from one system to the next is a retype, a delay and a chance to get it wrong.

A typical forwarding desk prices from Excel sheets that each operator keeps differently. Spot rates come from a handful of carrier websites. The quote is written in a mail or a Word file. The booking is typed again into a bill of lading program, the container number again into a tracking service, and the charges again into the accounting package.

Nothing connects the reply that won the business to the prospect who sent it, or the invoice to the quote it came from. When a client asks "where is my container?", someone opens three systems to answer. When an operator is ill, their rates and their files are ill with them.

A scattered stack also has a price you can see: one subscription, one login and one supplier per tool. And a price you cannot see: margin lost on a charge that was quoted but never invoiced.

Average wait for an LCL spot quote when 20 forwarders were mystery-shopped. Only 9 of the 20 sent a quote at all.

Who wins the request First in

A shipper with five requests out has no reason to wait for the fifth answer. A quote that waits on three systems arrives too late.

Speed comes from not retyping

Integration is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between answering in a minute and answering on Thursday.

The flow

From first lead to paid invoice, on one record

Eight steps a forwarder takes on every client. Each one is a module of the same ERP, and each hands the next exactly what it needs. The green line under each step is what the next one no longer has to type.

Find and win the lead

Prospects searches the web by keyword and country for importers and exporters on your lanes. Rate Publisher sends them and your clients your rates every week, and replies arrive in the ERP's own mailbox, filed against the company.

02

Keep every rate current

Rate contracts hold every vendor's price in the model that vendor uses. The Carrier data fetcher brings spot rates and sailings in from the carriers. Surcharges map to your charge codes, and one exchange rate table converts everything.

03

Quote in a minute

The E-mail Agent reads the client's request and starts a Quick Quote. Rate templates chain the contracts door to door with your margin and the client's discount. The offer goes back as a reply built from your text and e-mail templates.

04

Book the order

The accepted offer becomes the order, with nothing typed again. Clients can book themselves in your Client Portal, and your overseas partner can work on the same order ticket.

05

Ship and document

Consol orders, house and master bills of lading and the shipment documents are generated from the order, not retyped from it. Controlled goods get an import or export licence ticket, and each shipment is written off against the licence.

Report before they ask

Track & Trace follows the carrier, and Auto status e-mails the client when something changes, from your own mailbox. The client can also see it live in your portal, and the E-mail Agent answers "where is it?" from the live order.

What changes

More leads, better rates, faster answers, a better name

The benefits of one stack are not in any single module. They come from modules that share a record and can hand work to each other.

Every rate sheet is a reason to reply

Prospects finds the importers and exporters on your lanes. Rate Publisher keeps your price in their inbox every week, priced from the same templates your team quotes from. A reply lands next to the company it came from, not in someone's personal mailbox.

What the handovers cost you

Count the times one shipment is typed into another system, and what your separate tools cost. The figures are an illustration for your company, not a promise or a market average.

  • Time your operators spend retyping between systems
  • Subscriptions for tools that one stack replaces

Not counted: charges lost between quote and invoice, and requests lost to a faster forwarder.

Cost of that time
Separate tools per year
The patchwork, per year

A handover is any time shipment data is typed from one system into another: rate sheet to quote, quote to booking, booking to B/L, B/L to tracking, order to invoice. Five is a common count.

Stop gluing tools together. Run every shipment on one stack.

Prospects, rates, quotes, orders, documents, licences, status and invoices in one Logistics ERP, licensed per named user. Add the Client Portal, carrier data and AI credits when you need them.
