Spot rates and vessel schedulesToday's carrier rates and sailings.
Already in your rate contracts.
The Carrier Data Fetcher signs in to the 10 biggest ocean carriers and to CargoGuide for air, with your own accounts, and fetches spot rates, surcharges and vessel and flight schedules. Every change lands in your rate management and schedule management, not in another website your team has to copy from.
Checked against the rate contract: 4 lines updated
Nothing copied, nothing retyped.
Your rates live in too many places. Another subscription adds one more.
Ocean rates change every week, surcharges change in between, and sailings shift. The forwarder who has the current rate and the next sailing in front of them answers the client first, and the first good answer usually wins the booking.
Today that information is spread over a dozen carrier portals, each with its own login, layout and charge names. A pricing desk spends hours a week signing in, searching lane by lane and copying numbers into a spreadsheet or the ERP.
There are rate and schedule platforms that gather it into one screen, and they do save the searching. But a screen is not your ERP. The rate still has to be copied into the rate contract, the surcharge into the quote, the sailing into the booking. The copy-paste moves, it does not go away. And each platform is one more licence per user, on top of the system you already pay for.
What forwarders need is the carrier data inside the modules they work in: rate management and schedule management. Seamless integration is the hard part, and it is rare. That is exactly what the Carrier Data Fetcher is built for.
By Friday half the sheet is out of date again.
Faster searching, the same retyping, an extra subscription.
The next Quick Quote is priced on today's rate, with your margin, automatically.
CargoGuide brings air rates with full weight breaks and flight schedules from the airlines on its marketplace.
Air rates and flight schedulesFetched charges are written to the rate contract and sailings to the schedules. Your team only reviews what changed.
Rate and schedule managementNo separate rate or schedule subscription per user. One Carrier Data Service for the whole company.
€350 per company per monthOther tools show you the carrier's rate. Logistics ERP puts it where you quote from.
See the windowFrom the rate contract, one window, four tabs
Open a carrier's rate contract and choose Carrier data update from its menu. Everything happens in that window, and nothing is written to the ERP until you press Update.
- 1
Login: your own carrier account
Sign in once with the account you already have on the carrier's online quote portal. The session is kept, so the next run usually needs no new sign-in. The prices are yours: the rates the carrier quotes to your company, not a market index.
- 2
Routes: the lanes you sell
Add the routes from the contract's base port, for example Rotterdam to Busan and Singapore. Exports are fetched into the POL contract, imports into the POD contract, and each route shows when it was last fetched.
- 3
Rates: check what changed
Fetch rates, and each charge line is compared with the contract: New, Update or Same. Freight and origin charges go to the POL contract, destination charges to the POD contract. Press Update rates and they are in.
- 4
Schedules: the sailings, next to the rates
Fetch schedules for the same routes: cut-off, ETD, ETA, transit, vessel and voyage and service. Update schedules writes them to the ERP's schedule management.
Many carriers and lanes? Run all carriers fetches every carrier and route in one go and signs in where it needs to. A route that fails keeps its previous data.

Filter on Changes, untick a line you do not want, then update. Lines that are the same are skipped.
ETS, EFS, BAF, THC or DOC under each carrier's own name are mapped once to your charge codes, bound and basis. After that every fetch speaks your language.
Freight and origin charges in the POL contract, destination charges in the POD contract, dry and reefer apart.
The earliest sailing's price is used and the line is marked "varies", so nobody quotes a rate that only one vessel had.
The 10 biggest ocean carriers, in one window
Spot rates for dry and reefer containers, surcharges and vessel schedules, fetched from each carrier's own online portal. For LCL, ECU Worldwide's tariffs and schedules come in the same way.

Rates come from your own account on each carrier's portal, so you need one there; schedules from most carriers need no account at all. What a carrier quotes depends on its portal and your contract with it. Tell us which carriers you buy from and we confirm what can be fetched for your lanes.
Worldwide air rates and flight schedules, the same way
Air rates are harder to keep current than ocean: weight breaks, service levels, product classes and a different price per airline and routing. Through CargoGuide the fetcher brings them into your air rate contracts, airline by airline.
- Minimum and the full weight-break ladder, +45 kg up to +1000 kg and beyond
- Service levels: general, priority and express
- Flight schedules with every leg, the operating days and the aircraft type
- Road feeder (truck) legs recognised as such
- Each airline's rates go to that airline's rate contract

The carrier data goes where the work is done
A rate is only useful in the place where a price is made. In Logistics ERP that is the rate engine, and every module that quotes reads from it. Fetch once, and every channel quotes on the new rate.

And once it is booked, the biggest airlines are tracked too
The same idea after the booking: the status comes from the carrier into the order, not from someone checking a website. Air waybills are followed with the airlines below, containers with the main ocean carriers.
Enter the air waybill on the order and Logistics ERP follows it with the airline: booked, received, departed, arrived, delivered. Your team sees one list with every shipment in the same columns, and works on the exceptions.
For ocean, container tracking covers ONE, Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM, COSCO, OOCL, HMM and Yang Ming, and status updates go to your clients from the same data.
What keeping carrier data current costs your team
Set your own carriers, lanes and minutes. The figures are an illustration for your company, not a promise or a market average.
- Rates current when the request comes in
- Sailings next to the rate, in the same ERP
- Pricing desk works on margins, not on copying

Stop copying carrier data. Start quoting on it.
The Carrier Data Fetcher runs inside Logistics ERP, on your own carrier accounts, your rate contracts and your schedules. It comes with the Carrier Data Service, one subscription for the whole company.
