For freight forwarders of every size

Digital forwarding.
Live by tomorrow.

Flexport and Forto raised billions to give shippers instant quotes, online booking and live tracking. Your own Client Portal does the same on your domain, from your own rates, for €500 a month.

Why now

Shippers have learned to book freight online

Digital forwarders and the global top 10 have trained your clients to expect a price in seconds and a status without a phone call. The forwarders who still quote by e-mail lose the request before they reply.

Flexport $2.7 bn

Capital raised and spent, by industry estimates, to build a digital forwarder with its own booking and tracking platform.

Source [1]
Forto $600 m+

Raised by the Berlin digital forwarder, including a $250 m round in 2022 at a $2.1 bn valuation.

Source [2]
Kuehne+Nagel road 85 %

Of road bookings already made digitally through myKN, aiming for 90% by 2026. One booking takes about 40 seconds.

Source [3]
Freightos mystery shopper 57 hours

Average reply time of forwarders that quote by hand. In the same test, 72% of forwarders never sent a quote at all.

Source [4] · 2018 study

A shipper who gets a price from a portal in 40 seconds will not wait 57 hours for yours. Give them your own portal, with your service behind it.

Three ways to offer digital forwarding

You can build it, buy an enterprise system, or switch on the portal that already runs on your Logistics ERP rates and orders.

Joining a digital forwarder's platform is the fourth option, and it hands them your client relationship. Build and enterprise figures are published industry ranges, not quotes for your company.

What your clients get

Everything a digital forwarder offers, under your name

Your brand, your domain

Hook it into your website with one DNS record

The portal runs on a subdomain of your own website, with your logo and colours. Your clients never see our name. Add a "Client portal" button to your site and you are a digital forwarder.

  • Your subdomain, for example portal.your-company.com
  • HTTPS certificate issued and renewed for you
  • Clients subscribe on your portal and you approve them
  • Prices only for signed-in clients, so competitors cannot scrape your rates

Client sign-up

Clients subscribe for free. You decide who gets in.

Any visitor of your website can become a portal client in a few minutes. It costs them nothing, and each sign-up reaches you as a qualified lead: you know their cargo and lanes before the first call.

  1. 1

    They land on your portal

Your portal opens with your name, a short pitch and two buttons: Subscribe and Log in. Your website's "Client portal" button leads straight there.

  2. 2

    They subscribe for free

Company name, address, contact person, website and Chamber of Commerce number, plus a short note on why they want to become your client: what they ship, where and how often.

  3. 3

    You approve the request

Your team reviews every request, usually within 24 hours, and activates the account. Competitors and bots stay out, and your prices stay private.

  4. 4

They log in and bring colleagues

The login arrives by e-mail. The client sets a password or a passkey and invites colleagues under Members, all on one company account with its own discount.

Security

Safe enough for your biggest client's IT department

Your rates are your margin, and your clients' shipments are their business. Larger shippers often run a security check before their staff may sign in. These are the answers.

Sign-in that phishing cannot steal

Clients sign in with a passkey: Face ID, Windows Hello, a fingerprint or a security key. There is no password to type into a fake website.

  • Passkeys only work on your portal's own domain
  • Passwords stay as a fallback: 12+ characters, common passwords refused
  • Repeated wrong passwords lock the account for a while
  • A client admin can reset a lost device for a colleague

Sessions that cannot be reused

A signed-in session lives in a protected browser cookie that scripts on the page cannot read, and it expires on its own.

  • Ends after a short idle time and after one working day at most
  • Bound to your company: useless on any other portal
  • One active session per user; sign-out ends it at once
  • A password reset signs the user out everywhere

Your rates stay yours

Competitors and price-scraping bots never see your tariff. Every price is calculated for one approved, signed-in client.

  • No public prices; new clients only after your approval
  • Price requests are limited per session, so bulk harvesting fails
  • Each client sees its own quotes, orders and invoices only
  • Portal pages are kept out of search engines

Hardened, hosted in the EU, watched

The portal runs on Google Cloud in Belgium, next to your Logistics ERP data, behind strict browser protection.

  • HTTPS only, enforced by the browser (HSTS)
  • Strict content security policy; the portal cannot be framed by other sites
  • Every security event is logged; lockouts, attack patterns and errors raise alerts
  • Software dependencies are scanned for known vulnerabilities automatically
