What each subscription includes
The User Licence is the ERP itself. The other three work on the data kept in it, so each of them
needs at least one licensed user in the company.
Per named user
User Licence
The full operational ERP for a single named user — quotes, bookings, shipments, bills of lading, invoicing and reporting. Licences are named rather than concurrent, so each user keeps their own task list, e-mail integration and audit trail.
Who it is for
Everyone who works in the ERP: sales, operations, customs and finance. Each person has their own licence, task list and mailbox, and every change carries their name.
How it is billed
Bought for one named user at a time by the company account or an administrator, and invoiced to the company. There is no pool of seats to share or assign.
What it needs
Nothing else. It is the licence every other subscription builds on.
Key features
Quote to invoice in one record
Prospects, quotes, offers, orders, services and invoices AR and AP share one shipment record, so nothing is retyped between steps.
Rate engine and Quick Quote
Rate contracts for ocean, air, truck, customs, warehouse and insurance, with rate templates, a margin per rate and client discounts.
Excel Add-in
Your own Excel rate templates, linked live to the rate engine, with a quote compare per carrier.
Rate Publisher
Branded PDF rate reports to each group of clients on a weekly or monthly schedule, sent through your own SendGrid account.
Track & Trace
The ERP checks the carrier, follows every service on the order and sends the client a status report from your own mailbox.
Shipments and documents
Consol orders, house and master bills of lading and the shipment documents are generated from the order.
Import and export licences
A licence ticket with a document checklist, and every shipment written off against the licence.
Forwarder Alliance
One order ticket shared with your overseas partner. Each partner needs at least one User Licence of its own.
Per company
Client Portal Licence
Publish rates, accept bookings and share live shipment status with your customers under your own domain. Everything the portal shows comes straight out of the ERP, so there is no second system to keep in step.
Who it is for
Forwarders who want their clients to price, book and follow shipments online, under the forwarder's own brand and without a second system to keep in step.
How it is billed
One flat price for the company, however many clients use it. No setup fee and no charge per client user.
What it needs
At least one User Licence: the portal shows the rates, clients and orders kept in the ERP. Its AI shipment agent uses AI Credits.
Key features
Your brand, your domain
The portal runs on your own subdomain with your logo, so clients deal with you and not with a software vendor.
Instant quotes from your rates
Clients price a shipment themselves, on the rates, margins and discounts in your rate engine.
Online offers and bookings
An accepted offer arrives in the ERP as an order, ready for your team to work on.
Live status and documents
Clients follow every service on their orders and download the shipment documents themselves.
Licence tickets, invoices and payments
Import and export licence requests, invoices and payments in the same place as the shipments.
Free for your clients
Unlimited client logins at no charge. You manage the client users from inside the ERP.
Per company, per base country
Carrier Data Service
A managed connector service that keeps carrier schedules, tariffs and surcharges current inside your rate tables, so a quote is priced on current data rather than on last quarter spreadsheet exports.
Who it is for
Teams that quote on carrier spot rates and sailings, and spend their mornings copying them from carrier websites into rate sheets.
How it is billed
One subscription per base country for the whole company, however many users quote on the rates. Each fetches every route from or to its country and starts, renews and is cancelled on its own.
What it needs
At least one User Licence, and your own accounts with the carriers: the fetcher runs on them.
Key features
Routes from or to your base country
Rates and schedules are fetched for every lane that starts or ends in a base country. Add a country to fetch its lanes too.
Spot rates from the carriers
Ocean spot rates from the biggest carriers and air rates from CargoGuide, fetched on your own carrier accounts.
Schedules and sailings
Carrier schedules land in the ERP, ready to choose from on a booking.
Straight into your rate contracts
Fetched rates land in Rate Contracts, where the rate engine, Quick Quote and the Excel Add-in price with them.
Surcharges kept current
Surcharge and fuel adjustment changes are tracked, so a quote is priced on today's figures.
Monitored connectors
Every connector is watched, and a failed fetch raises an alert instead of leaving rates quietly stale.
Per company, by use
AI Credits
Switches on the AI features of the ERP and includes 3,000 credits for every month paid. What a call costs in credits depends on the work it does; when the included credits run out, a credit pack tops them up.
Who it is for
Teams that answer many client e-mails asking for prices or order status, and teams that work across languages.
How it is billed
One plan for the company, with 3,000 credits included for every month paid. Included credits lapse at the end of the month. Packs top them up and stay valid 12 months.
What it needs
At least one User Licence. Packs are sold only together with the plan, which switches the AI features on.
Key features
Quote request agent
Reads a client's request for a price in the ERP e-mail window and drafts a priced quote from your own rates.
Order status agent
Answers "where is my shipment" with the live status of the order, in the client's own thread.
Licence and statement agents
Handles e-mails about import and export licences and about statements of account.
Translation
Translates client e-mails and order reports inside the ERP.
AI in Excel and the portal
AI readings in the Excel Add-in and Quick Quote, and the Client Portal's shipment agent, use the same credits.
A limit you set
What a call costs depends on the work it does. Your administrator follows usage under My account and sets a monthly limit.
Credit packs
Top up the plan when its 3,000 monthly credits are not
enough. A pack is paid once, is added as soon as the payment is confirmed, and stays valid for
12 months. The plan's own credits are used first.

Questions before you subscribe
Which subscription do I start with?
With a User Licence for each person who will work in the ERP. Add the Client Portal, the Carrier
Data Service or AI Credits for the company when you need them. Each of them works on the rates,
clients and orders in the ERP.
How do I license more users?
Subscribing on this page licenses you. Your company account or an administrator adds colleagues
under My account and buys a licence for each of them there. A licence belongs to one named user,
and there is no pool of seats to share.
What is the base country of the Carrier Data Service?
The country whose lanes the service fetches: every route that starts or ends there. With the
Netherlands, Rotterdam to Shanghai and Shanghai to Rotterdam are fetched; Antwerp to Shanghai is not.
You choose it when you subscribe, and it stays fixed. Each base country is a subscription of its own,
with its own start date, renewal and cancellation: add another one under My account at the same
monthly price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The User Licence, the Client Portal and the Carrier Data Service start with 14 free
days, once per product for each company and once for each user's licence. Your card is taken at
checkout and charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. AI Credits has no trial,
because its credits come with a paid month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, under My account. Cancelling stops the renewal. The subscription stays active until
the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume it until then.
What happens if a payment fails?
The products on that subscription are blocked straight away, and Logistics ERP opens only to say why.
Stripe e-mails you a link to update the card; once the open invoice is paid, access returns within
a minute. Stripe also tries the card again over the following days.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
The plan's 3,000 credits are used first and lapse at the end
of the month. When you need more, buy a pack: it stays valid for 12 months.
Your administrator sets a monthly limit and follows usage under My account.
Do my clients pay for the Client Portal?
No. Your clients use the portal free of charge, with as many logins as you give them. Your company
pays one flat monthly price.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. EU business customers supply a VAT number during checkout and are invoiced under
the reverse-charge rules.
