Old style · one rate report by hand
Copy and pasteSlow, so the report goes out late, and manual, so sooner or later a wrong surcharge or an old rate goes out with it.
The air, FCL and LCL sheets your team built over the years stay exactly as they are. The Logistics ERP Excel Add-in links their price cells to your rate contracts, so every figure is today's buy rate with your margin and the client's discount already in it.
Every carrier on the lane side by side: freight, surcharges and local charges, converted to the client's currency, with transit time, validity, the best price and the fastest marked. Your client gets a decision, not a list of numbers to work through.
Pick the report, pick the client, Create email. The prices in it are that client's prices, read from the rate engine a second ago. No checking rate sheets, no copying, no retyping, no second look for a wrong surcharge.
The Rate management pane shows every rate as cost, margin, client discount or sell. Change a margin or a client's discount, save it, and your sheet, Quick Quote and the Client Portal all follow.
USD ocean freight, EUR local charges, a client who pays in GBP. The Exchange rates pane is the ERP's own FX table: fetch the live rate, save it, and every linked cell and every report converts with it.
Cargo, containers and route, read from the client's e-mail the way the Quick Quote AI agent reads it. Check and correct every line, copy the summary into your template and price it, without leaving Excel.

Paste it into the cargo inputs: W/M 5.57, priced by the linked cells. The session stays with Best Client BV.
Forwarders keep their pricing in Excel for a reason: the layout fits their lanes, their team knows it and their clients recognise it. What eats the day is keeping it current: every rate looked up, every surcharge added, every margin and discount worked out, every currency converted, by hand, for every client.
Slow, so the report goes out late, and manual, so sooner or later a wrong surcharge or an old rate goes out with it.
The same report, with prices nobody typed, ready while the client is still waiting for an answer.
Times are an example for a five-carrier report on one lane. Your own numbers will differ; the copying is what the add-in removes.
A world first: your own Excel templates, priced live by your own rate engine. Only in Logistics ERP.
See how it worksThe add-in does not copy prices into your sheet. It links cells to them. A linked cell holds a formula that names the rate, so it always shows what the rate engine says now, priced for the client you picked.
Everything you buy and how you sell it, kept once for the whole company.
Drag a rate from the pane onto a cell, or type the formula. The cell now reads the engine.

Air, FCL and LCL sheets, local charges, quote compare lists: your layout, your formulas, your formatting.
The E-mail report turns the marked parts of the sheet into an e-mail, with your text, in about a minute.
Refresh is a deliberate click, never automatic on opening, so a quote you sent last week can still be opened exactly as it was sent.
Every service prices differently, and so do your templates. Air works in weight breaks, FCL per container and carrier, LCL per W/M with minimums. The rate keeps its own rule; your sheet passes the weight, the containers or the W/M, and the cell returns the price.

Nothing to rebuild. Lanes, columns, colours and formulas stay yours.
Drag a rate from the Rate management pane onto a cell. The cell gets =ERP.RATE(…) and a green corner.
Every linked cell shows that client's price: your margin per rate, their discount.
Amber corners show what changed in the engine. One click and the sheet is today's.
Most forwarders send rates: a table of freight, surcharges and local charges per carrier, and the client adds it up. Few send a quote compare, because building one by hand takes too long. With every price linked, it takes one sheet: each carrier all-in, in the client's currency, best price and fastest marked.

The compare list reads the carrier rows of your FCL, LCL or air sheet. Add the origin charges once, convert with ERP.FX, and every carrier is all-in.
One extra sheet, not an extra hourPick another client in the pane and the whole list reprices with their margin and discount. The best price and the fastest are marked by your own formulas.
The same list for every client, each with their priceMark the compare list as a section of an E-mail report. It goes to the client as a clean table, exactly as the sheet shows it.
A quote that sells, sent in a minuteCarriers, routings and prices are examples. Which carriers you can fetch spot rates from depends on what each carrier publishes and on your own contract with them.
The E-mail report keeps a report inside your workbook: which parts of the sheet go in, in which order, with which text. Pick a client and every linked price becomes theirs. Create email, and it is ready to send. Nobody checks a rate sheet, because nobody copied one.
Select a range, Add selection and name it: the price table, the quote compare, the local charges, the terms. Each marked range is a section of the report.
An opening, a closing, the validity line. Placeholders fill themselves in: {ClientName} {Date} {Report} or any cell such as {=Rates!C3}.
The pane's client sets every linked cell to their prices: your margin per rate and their discount. The report is stored in the workbook, so it is there next week too.
The preview shows the e-mail as the client will see it, with your number formats and layout. Create email and it is ready to send. Next client: pick them, Create email again.
Their discount, their prices, your text. The next report takes as long as choosing a name.
Your lanes and carriers, refreshed on Monday morning with this week's spot rates, sent to each client with their own prices. The report that used to take an afternoon per client.
Current prices in front of every client, every weekA client asks for 2 × 40'HC to Busan. Enter the containers, check the quote compare, Create email. Priced, compared and on its way while a competitor is still opening rate sheets.
First to answer, with the full pictureExample figures, as in the comparison above. The e-mail carries the values the sheet shows, as plain tables that render in any mail program, never a link back to your data.
The pricing manager does not need to leave Excel to change a margin. The Rate management pane is the ERP's own rate contract screen, with the client discount and the exchange rates beside it. What you save there is saved in the ERP, so everything that prices follows.
Pick service, mode, from, to and carrier. Get rates fetches a carrier's spot rates with your own carrier login.
A click on a row opens the rate editor: Buy, Margin, Sell, then the client's Discount and Sell adjusted.
Saved to the ERP. Linked cells re-read it, and so do Quick Quote, the Client Portal and the next offer.

The client's e-mail, a WhatsApp message, a booking note. Paste, Next, Generate. The pane's client is the session's client, so the reading uses what the agent has learnt about them.
Cargo, containers and route, one line each, with a tick to keep or drop it. Mode, countries and incoterm are lists; a port with several matches lets you choose; a place it cannot find says so.
Open a cargo or container line and edit it with the Quick Quote's own fields and checks: package, quantity, weight, dimensions, dangerous goods; container type, oversized, food grade, SOC. Add a line the AI missed.
Summary turns the ticked lines into a short text with totals. Copy it into your template's inputs and the linked cells price the shipment. Then the quote compare, then the e-mail.
From the client's e-mail to a priced quote compare without leaving Excel.
See what it costsThe AI agent reads requests; it does not create a quote or an order in the ERP. Readings use AI Credits: the AI Credits plan includes 3,000 credits a month. Opening a saved session selects its client in the pane, so Rate management and the E-mail report follow.
Forwarders who have a rate tool still keep their Excel templates, because the tool cannot produce what their clients expect. So the prices get copied from one into the other, and the time the tool was meant to save goes into the copying.

No. You link the price cells of the sheets you have. Everything else in the workbook, your layout, your own formulas, colours and notes, stays as it is.
No. A linked cell keeps its value until you click Refresh, and a changed rate shows an amber corner until then. A quote opened next month still shows what you sent.
No. Cost and Margin are views in your own pane, behind your ERP sign-in. The client receives the values the sheet shows, in an e-mail, never a link to your data.
