Built on established services, connected to your carriers

A small forwarder gets the same infrastructure as a large one when it runs on established services. Logistics ERP brings them together in one product, so you do not have to sign, connect and maintain each one yourself.

Cloud infrastructure

Google Cloud and Firestore

The ERP, the Client Portal and this website run on Google Cloud in the EU. Your data is stored in Firestore, with sign-in through Firebase, logs and backups on the same platform.

Microsoft

Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect through Microsoft Graph, so the ERP reads and sends your users' mail. Every program and update we ship is signed through Microsoft's Artifact Signing. Plus the Excel Add-in, Azure Translator and Windows Hello passkeys.

Maps and addresses

Google Maps Platform

Addresses are looked up and distances calculated for truck rates and for the quotes your clients request in the portal.

Carriers

Rates and schedules straight from the carriers

Many platforms buy their rates and vessel schedules from a data aggregator. That is a copy of the carrier's data, and a copy can be incomplete or out of date. We built our own connection to each carrier instead.

  • No aggregator in between. The Carrier Data Fetcher reads spot rates and vessel schedules from the carrier's own systems, through its API or with your own carrier account.
  • The data your staff already trust. What reaches your rate contracts is what the carrier publishes on its own website that day.
  • Built and maintained in-house. When a carrier changes its systems, we update the connection ourselves.

Tracking reads the same carriers, and the status updates go to your clients.

How the Carrier Data Fetcher works

Your network

Your overseas partners on one order ticket

Forwarding is done in pairs: you at origin, your agent at destination. With the Forwarder Alliance, both offices work on one shared order ticket, with the same quote, the same booking and the same status, without e-mailing spreadsheets back and forth.
